The bare YYYY.MM workflow edition this build runs at (static): the value to declare. A served model or env resolves its edition from RLMeshServeOptions.workflow_edition, else the RLMESH_WORKFLOW_EDITION environment variable (set but blank: float deliberately, quietly); one that declares neither floats to the newest edition and warns once per process.
