rlmesh_ext_cancel_token_clone

EnvFactory callbacks run on the calling thread and are exclusive. Attribute getters are concurrent reads of copied attributes. Free never calls close. Each make callback output is owned, even on failure; exactly one env kind must be returned on success. Returned handles remain the caller's to free.
