DLPack 1.x, versioned descriptors only. Options: NULL = INIT; struct_size below MIN_SIZE is refused; reserved/unknown bytes must be zero. copy=false exports shared read-only storage; copy=true owns writable storage. dl_device, when present, must be (kDLCPU, 0). No implicit padding.
