RLMESH_VIEW_INIT

Plain View configuration. Strings are borrowed here, copied by a consuming run/session call. Parse writes no string allocation (source is NULL). Initialize both inputs and parse outputs with RLMESH_VIEW_INIT. Seconds holds require finite nonnegative values; overflow saturates to Duration::MAX.
